Mindy Trotter, DPM
Dr. Mindy Trotter brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to foot and ankle care in Peachtree City, backed by over 12 years of experience. Originally from Waterloo, Iowa, she earned her Biology degree from the University of Northern Iowa before completing her podiatric medical training at Des Moines University. She then moved to Atlanta for an intensive three-year surgical residency with the Podiatry Institute, where she trained in complex deformity correction and advanced wound care.
While Dr. Trotter is well-versed in surgical procedures, she is known for her commitment to conservative care whenever possible. Her clinical interests include diabetic wound management, limb preservation, neuropathy, and treating stubborn skin and nail infections. She believes in working closely with patients to find the best path forward, always with compassion and clear communication.
Dr. Trotter is affiliated with the Piedmont hospital in Newnan and serves as faculty at The Podiatry Institute. She is also an active member of the APMA, GPMA and the Podiatry Institute.
